The first download works fine. I entered about:crashes into the address bar to get crash info but this info that came back from Mozilla did not help or make any sense to me. There have been many crashes and the following is only 1 report:

Is there a professional out there that can answer this question and decipher this 1 crash report for me. Before I updated to 3.0.3, Firefox worked just fine. I have been having to use Internet Explorer 8 beta to download files but do not like to use IE because of the security issues. I will be awaiting your input and thanks for any help you can give.
Thfirefox 3.0.15 downloadis particular DLL belongs to Norton Internet Security, and it's subsystem that scans Office files, you might want to turn this protection off it the Norton Internet Security settings, under Real Time Protection. This will turn off automatic Office document scanning, and might resolve some issues with Firefox and other programs reporting this crash.
