I am babysitting a girl that is in kindergarten and she is 5. Do you have any ideas of games to play? It has to be something that won't cost money like hide and seek or coloring pages.
I babysit about 3 times a week so here are some age appropriate ideas she is sure to enjoy.
-build forts out of pillows, blankets, chairs, ect.
-dolls
-dress up
-dance
-sing
-tickle monster
-play house
-pretend to be princesses, explorers, ect
-bake cookies, brownies,
-let her help make a meal like home made pizza
-color
-paint
-sidewalk chalk
-jump rope
-bubbles
-Swingto play set
-bike ride
-scooter
-Lincoln logs
-take a walk
-build snowman
-build snowfort
-snowball fight
-stuffed animals
-paint her nails
-read books
-make jewelry
-play dough
-craft kits
-make Christmas ornaments
-make paper snowflakes
Just ask her what she wants to do. She will have plenty of toys and ideas. You can also suggest things off this list.
Do NOT just watch tv, that's boring and will make you seem lazy. Good luck and have fun!
My kids are younger than 5, but they like to make playdough (recipe is online) and make cookies and have them decoto playrate them. As a mom, I like to get artwork from my kids to hang around the house. If you are crafty, you can have the girl make something for her mom.
Look up some learning games online to see what else you can come up with.
Patty cake, maybe dance, play peek-a-boo. Play something that could probably tire her out so she'll sleep earlier and won't have to deal with her later. I strongly suggest you guys to go outside and maybe go to a nearby park.
Download Tux Paint (free) and see who can create the funniest drawing. Download the stamp set as well.
